2. Eligibility

By using Safiri24 services, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to use the services on behalf of yourself or your organization
  • Information provided to Safiri24 is accurate and lawful
  • You will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Organizations are responsible for ensuring authorized access by their employees, staff, contractors, guards, hosts, or other users.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Organizations using Safiri24 are responsible for:

5. Visitor & Access Records

Organizations remain fully responsible for:

  • Security procedures at their premises
  • Compliance with applicable security and privacy requirements

Safiri24 does not independently verify all visitor identities unless explicitly configured and supported by integrated verification services.

6. Communication Services

Safiri24 may facilitate operational communications including:

  • OTP verification
  • Visitor approvals
  • Visitor invitations
  • SMS notifications
  • WhatsApp notifications
  • Operational alerts

Delivery of communications may depend on:

  • Mobile operators
  • Internet connectivity
  • Third-party communication providers
  • WhatsApp Business platform availability
  • External infrastructure dependencies

Safiri24 does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery of all messages.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Safiri24 services may integrate with or depend on third-party providers including:

  • WhatsApp Business providers
  • Hosting providers
  • Authentication services

  • Cloud infrastructure providers

Safiri24 is not responsible for outages, delays, or operational issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Service Availability

10. Communication Bundles & Usage

Some plans may include bundled SMS, WhatsApp notifications, or operational communication allocations.

Where included allocations are exhausted:

  • Additional usage charges may apply
  • Services may continue on postpaid billing where applicable
  • Certain communication features may be limited until additional allocations are activated

Communication costs may vary depending on destination, provider rates, and communication channels.

11. Intellectual Property

Safiri24, including its software, branding, interfaces, workflows, content, and operational systems, remains the intellectual property of Safiri24 and its licensors.

Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Customers may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the platform
  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Resell services without authorization
  • Remove branding or ownership notices
  • Create derivative systems based on Safiri24 without permission

12. Data Protection & Security

Safiri24 implements reasonable security measures to protect platform information and operational data.

However, customers acknowledge that:

  • No digital platform is entirely risk-free
  • Internet-based services may face security threats
  • External communication channels may experience vulnerabilities beyond Safiri24 control

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Operational security practices

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safiri24 shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

Safiri24 services are provided on a best-effort operational basis.

14. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safiri24 against claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of laws or regulations
  • Improper handling of visitor information
  • Unauthorized or unlawful communication activities
  • Breach of these Terms

15. Suspension & Termination

Safiri24 may suspend or terminate access where:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments remain outstanding
  • Security risks are identified
  • Illegal or abusive activity is detected
  • Continued access may harm the platform or other users

Customers may discontinue use of the platform subject to applicable contractual obligations.

  • Pricing structures
  • Communication capabilities
  • These Terms of Service

Updated Terms will be published on the Safiri24 website.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
