What Happens When a Client Site Needs More?
Some client sites only need basic digital access. Others need advanced host invitations, event guest passes, consent forms, valet workflows, premium branding, advanced reports, policy controls or deeper history.
One site should have one active commercial plan. If a client site needs more than the Security Firm Partner Plan, that specific site upgrades to a direct Safiri24 plan. The Security Plan billing for that site stops.
Safiri24 does not remove the security firm from the operation. The security firm remains the access operator where applicable, while the client site gets the advanced features it needs.
Where the security firm introduced the client, partner credit or referral arrangements may apply subject to commercial approval.
